Products in use are not returnable. If, on an exception basis, a purchase is approved for return or exchange, it must be free of any cosmetic damage. Soil, tears or other damage negates warranty. Any product that has been installed and in use cannot be returned.
) Due to the personal nature of bedding products, mattress sets, special orders, adjustable bases, pillows, sheets and mattress protectors are not subject to refunds, returns or exchanges.
) Sleep is a personal process. Give your body time to reset proper spinal alignment. It can take 1-8 weeks to get used to a new mattress.
) Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to a manufacturer or shipper. We make every effort to keep you apprised of logistics.
) Delivery can be arranged. Local delivery is free on a mattress from $1000 and up, with free removal of old mattress.
) Outside area deliveries can be arranged. Many of our products can ship for free directly to you from the factory.
) Delivery service does not move furniture or other items in-home.
) There are assembly fees on wood bed frames, Murphy cabinet beds and furniture.
) If a mattress proves to be too firm, we are happy to offer a plush topper at cost plus shipping.
